General Return Information
- Return Period: You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
- Condition of Items: All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Customized or special-order furniture
- Mattresses, blankets, bedding, and pillows
- Clearance or final sale items
Return Process
1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 385-309-7221 or [email protected]. Include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item.
3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Refunds
- Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please follow the return process above and then place a new order for the desired item.
